Pink and purple skies... there is something very romantic about these colors. The first time I noticed sunsets like these was when I was studying in Australia. It was a sight to behold, and I remember just standing at that field, in awe of what God could do.
The first photo is another one from my friend in Perth, from just outside her home. The second photo was taken near my home in Singapore last year.
To celebrate the colors of this sky, I used precious pink sapphire in different shades, and faceted tanzanite stones. Together, they lend a soft sparkle to this pair.
For the focals, are AAA ametrine pears. Ametrine are a natural gemstone, with a mix of amethyst and citrine, hence the bi-color. It was perfect, as you can spot a small bit of the sun left, peeking out in the corner of her photo.
