Returns & Refunds
Once customization work has been agreed upon and started on, and payment done, no refunds will be made. No returns will be accepted on customized work.
For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted unless there was a gross misinterpretation or a fault was overlooked.
“Change of mind” or “item not suitable for me” reasons for returns will not be entertained. Please take a moment to read through listings and ask any questions before committing to purchase.
Please contact me at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery in the unlikely event that you should need to return an item. Item must be shipped back and reach me within 7 days, and arrive in original condition.
Retain proof of postage until return has been confirmed. Please ensure items are packed well in a sturdy box, as any damaged items will not be accepted or be my responsibility.
Should the item be spoilt and returned to me not in its original condition, no refunds will be made.
