When H. saw a lariat design I had done many years ago, she wanted a set done with colours that are sweet and pastel-y, like a spring garden which she could wear and bring with her everywhere she went.
So we embarked on a colour palette first, with soft pink, ethereal green, light purple, pearls and a hint of blue. The gemstones I used for the necklace were beautiful, smooth rose quartz, amethyst, flourite, pink sapphire, blue quartz, opal quartz, pearls, peridot, and pink quartz. Hidden amongst them was a little bee charm and her own mother of pearl butterfly charms, all on 14k gold filled.
For her earrings, I used slightly different stones. There were the same large AAA rose quartz, lilac amethyst, prehnite, blue quartz, pink topaz, rainbow moonstone, pink quartz and little pearls.
After many days and hours of working on the set, it was finally done, and we were thrilled with the results!
